Direct Billing Kingston services are available at Limestone Therapies for eligible Registered Massage Therapy, Psychotherapy, and Naturopathic Medicine claims with many participating insurance providers.

Direct billing availability depends on your individual insurance plan and does not guarantee that your claim will be approved or paid in full. We recommend checking your coverage with your insurance provider before your appointment.

Please bring your insurance information to your appointment. Some plans may require a physician’s referral or other documentation before benefits can be used.

If direct billing is not available for your plan or service, payment will be required at the time of your appointment. We will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

Manual Osteopathy: We do not currently offer direct billing for Manual Osteopathy. Andrée Beauchamp, our Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, is registered with ACMA and CRMO. Please confirm with your insurance provider that your plan recognizes her association and credentials before booking if you intend to submit your treatment for reimbursement.

Psychotherapy: Coverage and direct billing availability depend on your individual insurance plan. Please check with your provider for details.

Sun Life: We are currently unable to direct bill Sun Life. Clients with eligible Sun Life coverage will receive a receipt to submit to their plan for reimbursement.
