Kimberly has experience working with individuals in the following areas: stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, self-esteem, and emotion regulation. Her person-centered psychotherapy services can offer an individualized approach to meet your wellbeing goals.

Kimberly works from a holistic, client-centred perspective. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, SFT, and mindfulness, to assist with developing self-awareness, guide learning to express thoughts and feelings appropriately, problem solve, understand and change behaviours, and gain emotional understanding.

Life stressors have always come up, whether it be directly linked to mental and emotional wellbeing, or work, relationships, life transitions, or personal struggles. More recently in life, the pressures and restrictions that the COVID pandemic may have exacerbated existing stressors or created new stressors. Kimberly welcomes anyone struggling to reach out.
