Marie is the owner of Limestone Therapies, a proud mother of 2 boys and is originally from Montreal Qc.  She and her family moved to Kingston in 2009. She graduated in Massage Therapy from the Institut de l’Étude de la Naturopathie in Montréal Québec in 1997 and in 2012 she graduated from Trillium College in Massage Therapy for the 2nd time. Since graduating from Trillium College, Marie continued to increase her skills and techniques, as she certified in Soft Tissue Release (STR), Hot Lava Shell, Therapeutic Ultrasound and Raindrop technique which involves essential oils. Marie is trained in Swedish massage and offers techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point release, relaxation massage, TMJ release, pregnancy massage and soft tissue release.

She feels that a thorough treatment also includes educating clients about their body. Most people are curious to know how massage can help, and what suggestions we have for them as their health care professional. She is always eager to suggest different ways her clients can maximize their massage therapy experience, and work with her towards their (continued) well-being.
