Hi, I’m Marie, owner of Limestone Therapies. I’m a massage therapist with over 25 years of experience, originally trained in the Montreal area and later completing my advanced diploma in Kingston.

My work is a blend of clinical understanding and intuitive care, focused on helping you release tension, restore balance, and feel more at ease in your body. I specialize in Swedish massage, therapeutic techniques, TMJ work, trigger point therapy, and soft tissue release, tailoring each session to your needs that day.

I’ve also trained in advanced modalities, including Soft Tissue Release (STR), Hot Lava Shell therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, and the Raindrop Technique, which uses essential oils to support deeper relaxation and recovery.

My goal is simple: to deliver thoughtful, effective treatment in a calm, professional space where you can fully reset. I also offer services in French, and I look forward to welcoming you to Limestone Therapies.
