Before booking your appointment, please familiarize yourself with our 24-hour cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and any late cancellations or missed visits create a loss of opportunity for both the therapist and other clients.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to avoid charges. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show up, your account will be charged the full appointment amount.

Important: Our clinic is closed on Sundays. If you need to cancel a Monday appointment, please contact us by Friday. Our email is not monitored on weekends.

Insurance companies cannot be billed for cancellation fees.

Why do we have this policy?
Keep in mind that this is how each therapist makes their living, we are all independent contractors. If you don’t come to your appointment or don’t give us enough time to fill your spot when you cancel your appointment, we/your therapist do not get paid. Keep in mind that we cannot charge your insurance for your missed appointment either.
